2018 Guild Contract Survey Results

Thanks again to everyone who took the time to fill out our pre-bargaining survey.

Unsurprisingly, wages were the top issue for most people. We haven’t gotten a raise years and our pay has not kept up with inflation or the rising cost of living.

Wages will be a top demand as we start bargaining with the company in November. Getting what we deserve will be an uphill battle, and we need to stay united and ready to show the company how much this matters to us.
